11.30am November Cavaletti Club – Walk Trot Cavaletti Club: This monthly session focuses on proper movement and
proprioception over cavaletti. We work on different patterns for building core stability and ventral chain strength. If you think it’s all
about top line, come feel how the two work together for optimal locomotion. Note we will start in a rope halter, then on the ground in
snaffle bit (with dressage whip), then mount up once our horses are warmed up. *Pre-requisite of at least one groundwork class with
Briar Creek. Exercises are varied each session.
